Grand Harbor Real Estate Market Report

In 2016 Grand Harbor had 18 homes listed on the market, none of which are still active.

Out of the 18 that sold, 12 sold in less than 30 days, 2 sold in 31-60 days, 1 in 61-90 days, 2 took 91-120 days and 1 took 121-150.

25 of the homes were in the 200,000-$249,999 sales price range with the average sales price (SP) er sq ft being $90.75; the majority of sales occurred between April, July and December.

Most homes sold 0-5% below their list price with the average being sold at 2% below their list price.

There are no active listings seen on HAR for Grand Harbor as of the day of this post, which means there is no months of inventory report to provide.
