Falcon Point is an established golf course community here in Katy, TX.  The neighborhood dates back to the 1980s and early 90s and is a mix of stately, custom builder homes and more traditional builders, such as Village Builders.  The 541 homes were built around a focal point: The Club at Falcon Point, an 18-hole golf course designed by architects and golf professional design team, Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge. Their vision was to create a golf facility that was in harmony with its residential community and a centerpiece for a prestigious address.  Residents enjoy amenities such as a private country club, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails, parks, lakes, golf course and the club’s restaurant: The Point Bar and Grill.  As if this isn’t enough, kids here also have the opportunity to participate in the Falcon Point Pirates swim team and private golf and tennis lessons.

The neighborhood is zoned to excellent Katy ISD schools and is conveniently located near main roads and freeways, local restaurants and destination points such as Typhoon Texas, the Katy Mills Mall, and the upcoming Katy Boardwalk.

Living in Falcon Point is more than a neighborhood; it’s a lifestyle. With one of the lower tax rates in the Katy area and accessible location and great amenities, it’s why we’ve chosen to highlight it as our second community spotlight video.
