The Grayson Lakes subdivision is located in the Fort Bend county side of Katy just south of I-10 and west of the Grand Parkway.  It was established in 2003 and was built out through to the mid-2000s.  The community boasts builders like Meritage Homes, Partners In Building, David Powers, and First Texas Homes.

It is home to approximately 530 households which are designed around four lakes with 17 fountains and 30 acres of green space that is home to several varieties of birds, fish, and turtles.  Many of the homes back to the lakes and have tranquil water views.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, playground, swimming pool, walking trails, and tennis courts. The community boasts low tax rates around 2.6%, it has a convenient location approximately a mile off I-10, and surrounding it are entertainment venues, restaurants and shopping, the Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas.  It’s zoned to Woodcreek Elementary, Woodcreek JH, and Tompkins HS., all high performing Katy ISD campuses.

If you ask residents, they’ll tell you that some of the things they love best about Grayson Lakes are the walking trails, the peaceful lake setting, and the well maintained and quiet community atmosphere.
